Pros: great location for retail and food, nice decor, kitchenette and two bathrooms in the double king suite is a plus, very friendly guest service person at check-in, very comfortable beds, beautiful decor in lobby.
Cons: breakfast did not taste well (burned grits), no waffles or pancakes, someone bumped over my head much of the second night, parking nightmare due to the requirement of using the main entrance, long wait for towels due to booked hotel, stained bed spread, mattresses were not encased Overall, we like the Montgomery Sonesta better (great meal, decor, private entrances) but would definitely stay here again.
