My significant other and I stayed in a king suite for one night. It was very clean, with beautiful decor. Although the are few stores left, it is still a beautiful place. Ashley,the desk attendant, was magnificent. She quickly arranged a new room as we requested a late check-in and our room wasn't ready. We received complementary drinks as an accommodation. Unexpectedly, she also wrote a letter of apology as our champagne arrived to our room late. We would definitely return. We didn't see the ghosts that other reviews mentioned, lol.
